Monthly Summary ke liye kya points jaruri hain?

  • Total Sale (Cash, Card, UPI breakup ke sath)
  • Category-wise sale summary
  • Refunds aur Returns ka total
  • Top performing staff aur products

Example: Agar April month mein 30 dinon ki DSR bani ho, toh unka total sale ₹8,50,000 aaya. Iska matlab average per day sale hai ₹28,333. Is data se monthly target planning strong ho sakti hai.
